This Privacy Policy describes how Elseif Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PepScout mobile application, website at pepscout.app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Research tool — not medical advice
PepScout aggregates and presents independent laboratory report data for research and due diligence. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend vendors, compounds, or dosing. Information in the Service is not a substitute for professional medical or legal advice.

- Subscription and purchase status processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to deliver Premium features.
- Usage and diagnostics data, such as app interactions, crash reports, and performance logs, to improve reliability.
- Community submissions you upload (for example, lab report PDFs or photos) and associated metadata you provide.
- Device and technical data, such as device model, operating system version, and general app settings.
- Communications you send us, such as support or partnership emails.
How we use information

- Process subscriptions, restore purchases, and respond to billing-related requests routed through Apple.
- Review, parse, and moderate community-submitted lab reports before catalog inclusion.
- Send service-related messages and respond to support inquiries.
- Monitor security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Analyze aggregated usage to understand product performance (where enabled).
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and subscription management), subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of PepScout and its users.
Third-party data and links
PepScout indexes publicly available and user-submitted independent lab reports. Source laboratories and third-party websites maintain their own privacy practices. Links from the Service to external sites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Raw source documents used for catalog ingest may be retained for audit and re-parsing purposes according to our internal retention practices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can manage Apple subscription settings through your Apple ID account. To exercise privacy rights or request account-related assistance, contact us at hello@pepscout.app.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
